ProV: Tell us a little bit about yourself:

SR: “I’m a small-town girl from Missouri where I was born and raised. I have two children and four grandkids. I love to travel and hang out with the family and my two dogs. I have always worked in the service industry since I was a teenager. I have been working in fixturing, merchandising, and construction since 2010 and love it very much.”

ProV: Share your journey to becoming a National Field Manager:

SR: “When I started with ProVantage, I was a New Lead Candidate. From day one, I asked questions and wanted to know what was going on with anything and everything people were doing. I was placed in Target in 2018, where I worked with two awesome PMs (Project Manager). They trained me and helped me grow within the company. Then in June 2019, I was promoted to National Field Manager.”

ProV: What advice do you have for your fellow co-workers who want to grow within the company?

SR: “For anyone who is wanting to move up in the company – ask as many questions you can. Take the extra step and help your crew members, even when it’s not a part of your assignment. Live the company’s core values. Show your PMs (Project Manager) & FMs (Field Manager) you are wanting to move up and grow not only yourself but also the company. Most importantly, always enjoy what you are doing!”
